We offer Conestoga Builders customers two forms of property consultation:
Free Virtual Online Consultation:
- Upload several pictures of your property taken from different angles for us to view.
- Show the building’s intended location (best if it’s staked out).
- Show the entryway for the delivery of materials or building.
- Provide a measurement of gate openings and any limited clearances.
- Provide a description and building dimensions you need (garage, shed, etc.).
- Provide your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Submit your consultation request with the above items and we will provide feedback.
On-Site Consultation:
For large projects, situations requiring more than virtual consultation, or those who want full service:
- On-site consultation fee of $150 will only be credited toward a Built-on-Site purchase.
- Build site will be measured and staked off.
- Build-site slope(s) will be determined.
- Gates and/or openings that may impede materials delivery or equipment will be measured.
- Advice as to the best site and building for your needs.
